Question - Looking for higher Level Hunting grounds advice and Hardware question !

I am near 105 now with my SK/ENCH and 100 Druid. I LOVED the Grounds when I was semi afk. Anyone have a spot like this but is higher con than green? I would even settle for light blue, any advice on that would be great )

I basically want a store bought computer that will Last me a few years. I mainly play eq and some Path of Exile. Is this setup ok? Again I prefer BB due to credit line and my budge is 2kish. Let me know pls )
