looking for another way to /assist

I have a macro that I've been using (debuging really). I use /assist ${Group.Leader} to get the group leader's target. But that only works for some ranges. Any idea how I could do that from any range?

I think this would be more appropriate in Questions forum. But to anwser, doesn't the Group leader aa HoTT work in this instance?

nah I've got that the /assist won't work when you're so far away you just stay targeted on the group leader. I went down another road and no longer need this.

I understand its solved, but as was stated above, but I belive if your using that format you should use /as $(groupleader) from my experience mq2 controls /as and eq controls /assist think its in the mq2 ini. I could be wrong but I never get an oor msg with /as
