Description:
Barsagal is a little imp standing on a rock more or less at the end of the road heading north on the right side of the map linked for the chunk of 3 rivers.
He gives a repeatable kill quest to find sap from rootlings, which can be found just below the curve going south of the road on the far right of the map. The rootlings are all around level 14 and give good xp by themselves, once you kill a rootling 3 to 5 saplings will spawn around the corpse. When you kill the saplings, you can loot either sapphire, ruby or jade sap which you can turn in for xp with Barsagal.
Tip. Buy a full set of bags and keep them all pretty much empty so that you can loot as much sap as possible in one go and turn them all in at once. For every level you get killing you will get a level from turn ins (around about).
