I was doing heroic adventures in the call of the forsaken xpac and managed to get all my toons to 100 and pretty nice gear with valor tokens now im trying to figure out where to go next thats most efficient because frankly the normal grind only gives tiny amounts of xp and doesn't seem worth it! any advice where to xp beyond 100 would be greatly appreciated

FM depending on classes can go to 108 or so pretty easy gets slower after 106

Once 106 and some conflagrant gear gmm-missions should be a good option. I leveled my team there from 106 to 110.
You will gear up all slots but armor.
