Question - level 65 clicky AE Question

does any one use this? or is it better to use the potions?

Not sure what clicky you are trying to link as that is a link to a quest, and I don't see any item that you would attune and use..

Never done that quest to get that item, but i'm thinking it wouldn't be worth using outside of quest (if it can be used outside of quest). It says it only does 20 points of damage...with a 30 sec refresh... not much use, but a sneaky player might be able to make some use from it (it is insta cast so "weaving" it in to normal casting might be possible but even I (clicky lover that I am) probably wouldn't incorporate it.

I imagine one possible use would be for PLing but since it only becomes useful at 65, not really useful since the Fennin Ro oil potions are not really expensive anymore.
