Problem - Level 2 permission setting?

Was trying to upgrade an expired license and get the following message - its weird because i am level 2 - just double checked account and confirmed.

Yes, it is active/current. I wonder why it displays as expired on the "my license" area.... No worries.

It expired at one point, when you "renewed" it you just bought another license instead of using the renewal option. So now you have two, one that is active, and one that is expired.
