Level 2 issue.

Not sure where to post this. But i paid to upgrade from lvl 1 so i can use Lvl 2 with Very Vanilla etc. Every time i click the Vanilla link to d/l It keeps saying im still lvl1? Am i doing something wrong or am i missing something?
