Lethar 2.0

I'm hearing rumors that you can change the look of Lethar 2.0 (possibly both instances) by deleting some file? Doubting this is possible but I thought I'd ask. While we're on the subject of graphics modding, anyone have the April Fool's file that we need to make everything be stick figures?
