This macro will run in Everfrost Peaks. You will most likely need the NAVMESH files I will post in the discussion thread.
First run will create LDoN_YOURTOON.ini and LDONMobIgnored.ini
Start the macro with the main tank or main assist by running /mac LDonMiragul
Edit settings for UseClickBuffs and UseClickDamage if you want to enable them.
You can speed up the missions by using /permignore on un attackable mobs or simply wait for them to de-spawn

This is set up to do kill count on easy or hard risk level. I have finished several hunter achievements in the process of testing.

Updated some checks to avoid loops from lag or instance not being ready
Added Counter to let you know how many times you finished an instance
Un killable mobs will automatically be added to the LDONMobIgnored.ini
You can still target a mob and /permignore them
Cleaned up some typos and spaces
Updated more trouble spots in the navmesh files
