Looks like they screwed up and opened ldon early. Seems they are currently investigating and broadcasted victory points arent working properly. People dont know what they will do.

It looks like they disabled the npcs but it seems the ldon launch maybe triggered some revamped zones to go live. Might not get fixed till the patch in 12ish hours.
