Tech - lag on other screen (1 Viewer)

I have two monitors on one computer and the active monitor works great. the second monitor is very choppy and when autofollowing I can lose group. is there something I can do for that? I already did the display and turned max backround off in the EQ settings.

the video card is NVIDIA GeForce gtx 750, more than enough to handle anyting EQ has to offer.
