for some reason kissassist keeps overwriting and editing parts of the kissassist_info.ini i am constantly having to remove items from the do not pull field, and add back in things that it has been told a dozen times this week alone NOT to touch, is there some way to tell the macro to leave this file alone?

hmmm for the 4th or 5th time now I have found my puller not pulling stuff he has always pulled, and when I go check the kissassistinfo file I find that SOMETHING has added a normal mob to the do not pull list! Something is causing kiss to add shit to the list!

I've had this as well! Glad I wasn't the only one =P

I also have had a weird issue where KA won't rez out of group on the TLPs. Normally when I drag a body near my clerics they all stand up and fight to see who gets to rez it first even if the person isn't in their group but all of a sudden my clerics are turning their nose at every corpse being snobs and not rezzing it unless it's their groupie! =(

Noticed the same cleric crap as well, its like the cleric looking around has changed serverside

KA8.5 got an feature added that would add nonpullable mobs to the ignore list.

But that feature dont work, it also add pullable mobs.

My cleric works great , and then out of nowhere he starts chain casting non stop till OOM Divine light even if player is full health /shrug
my Chanter will cast Haste one the cleric and me , even if I have it set as;

Buff1=Visions of Grandeur|MA
Buff2=Visions of Grandeur|Melee

would it be best to set as;
Buff1=Visions of Grandeur|MA|Melee

as far as the cleric goes im lost .

and off topic and thread BUT as I mentioned my maps on my cleric account WILL NOT show up no matter what I have tried , map yes but the MQ2 mod maps nothing . any help with that would be awesome .

under try /plugin mq2map unload then /plugin mq2map see if you get it to hook in, if yes try a /mapfilter showall, or do a /map filter help and see there should be a show all toggle, try that and see, i had it were mq2map "wasnt " working i thought on 1 of my box toons, instead it was the showall toggle had changed so it had mq2map loaded and was working but basically the map stuff even though was set too show wouldnt show till show all was issued.

things I have tried

/plugin mq2map unload
/plugin mq2map
/mac map

im gonna try things in that order that you suggested , its realy weird cuz I can restart MQ even after fresh reboot and ALL toons but the cleric account will not show me JACK.

Post your ini. Have you rebooted lately? I have noticed a few problems with this last MQ compile that requires me to reboot my computer to fix the issue. Like running back to my camp spot even when I don't have a macro running. Unload MQ2moveutils and reload and off he goes. Reboot computer and everything works fine.

On the map thing check your layers and make sure none are off.

I just identified this exact same scenario. I hadn't posted anything thinking I may have inadvertently did a comment to trigger it but hadn't finished researching it. I went to the point of uninstalling MQ2 completely, downloading fresh and reinstalling yesterday. The puller and tank just ignored these mobs. I opened up the info ini and sure enough there they are in the list. I most definitely don't recall ever putting them there. Does Kiss have a / function that possibly trigger it? I removed the entries for the mobs and has been running since last night without issue apparently.

I had a similar issue a couple times when I was spending a lot of time in BW, only occurred for me that couple times and never since.

WEIRD!

Yes. the whole adding mobs to the do not pull list has to do with an event that was added to Kissassist. Just remove/rem out the following line.

Rich (BB code):
#Event PNTarget          "#*#That is not a legal target.#*#"

this gets triggered by anyone running on the same computer with a pet. But everyone running on the computer, shares the same KissAssist_info.ini file.
