Question - Kissassist Pulling problem (1 Viewer)

Hi,

I have found a nice open spot with wandering mobs etc which is perfect for the auto-pulling function of kissassist.

However there are a number of 'dead bodies' littered around which although are dead exsist as a targetable entities that cant be pulled. They have no name only a white con and a hp bar (unsure if they are only targetable through mq2 usage or normal)

The problem is once the closer mobs are dead the macro targets these fake mobs runs the pull rotine and then runs back and trys to re-pull. If there are closer mobs it will try to pull them instead.

Is there any way to stop the macro from targeting these fake mobs?

Target one of the bodies then type

/echo ${Target.CleanName}

Should return a name in your mq2 window. Add that name to your kissassist_info.ini MobsToIgnore under the zone name. See example below.

It either retuns "Null" or simply MQ2 (blank)

OK dont worry sorted it, added mobs to the Mobs to pull bit and its ignoring anyhting other than them.

Had an epic evening with this now, had a sleep etc no deaths around 100aas where I am and a level or two.

Any advice on where to take it next eg some where big and wide open for around level 70?

Everyone has their own camps and usually don't share them lol. Just go places and test stuff til you fnd camps you like. 70ish you might try icefall or dragonscale for starters.

Changed zones now and it seems to be giving odd lag.

It pulls but slowly, and once i hit /mac kissassist it takes about 30 seconds before the blocked buff box comes up. using fresh install of mq2.

How big is the zone is there tons of people or mobs? switching zones has no effect on kiss performance. its usually your computer or yor internet connection.
Try downloading the newest version of KissAssist.5.4 is kind of buggy.

Zones fairly large but think ive sussed it, I didnt have a pet summoned however the ini had pet=1 so think that was where it was getting stuck. with pet up it seems to be working fine.

you have peton=1 but no pet spell defined so it doesn't know what to cast.Put your pet spell in.
