Question - KissAssist on personal EMU server

Hey guys, I was wondering if MQ2 and KissAssist work on private EMU servers, specifically ones limited in their expansion availability.
We never run the EQ patcher client side, and are effectively doing progression. Will any of that cause conflicts?

We have a subscription for rof2 login for emus servers. It has supports all mq2 and kiss features upto Nov 2015.
