Question - KissAssist Macros

So I've been a zbot guy in the past, just switching over and it's been a pretty daunting task so far.

I need the communities help in breaking it down for me Crayola style.

Basic Macros, following commands, and how to prevent all my toons from pulling and training me will be appreciated (they train me even after death)

It really takes some getting used to and reading the manual in https://www.redguides.com/community/119-Read-the-Friendly-Manual can't be avoided. Especialy the MacroQuest 2 Beginner's guide, The Kissassist Beginner's Guide and the KissAssist Instructions & Settings Info.
