I am having problems with my chanter. When a mob gets to camp, he tash's then uses the AA dreary deeds to slow, then pauses while it refreshes and casts it again, even tho it landed the first time. He does this every single mob. Then he will continue down his dps chain. Once he gets to Suffocation, he applies that dot, then does the nuke on DPS 6, then goes back to Suffocation and chain casts Suffocation - Nuke-Suffocation-Nuke and so on. Suffocation is a dot, I even tried putting Suffocation|87|Once and he will still chain cast it. In the Mez Section, i have the aoe|0 because its not high enough to land on the mobs im fighting. But he will not cast his single mez. he will target the add, and in the eq2 window it keeps saying trying to mez target but he wont actually cast Confound. I have to manually cast it, then he goes back to dpsing the non mez target

I am also having a problem with my Mage and his GoM spell. He will not cast my swarm pet. I see in the eq2 window it says detected gom trying to cast ruthless servant rk. 11 But it never casts he is auto casting his next dps nuke Also his |once after spear does not work either

You posted your chanter ini twice.
suffocation is borked in eq it shows up as no timer, the fix was hard coded in 6.6. download 6.7.5
check the spelling on you gom mage spell and make he has it memm'd it has like a 1 min refresh time so its not memd it won't cast
 
Ya i caught that i fixed it and posted the mage ini. I have the refresh aa on the servent pet, it recasts in like 15ish seconds, but i will watch his screen, watch gom fire and it wont cast it all Now its not even putting the detected gom in the mq2 window, gom procs and its just auto casting the next nuke in the chain.

Thank you for the suffocation part, i didnt realize i didnt have the newest version
 
They did just combine all of the GoM AA's into one last patch that may have altered the message the event looks for. I will have to look into it.
 
Its wierd because the chanter and the wizard fire GoM just fine, so i assume it has to be me. But im using Ruthless Servant Rk. II Any idea why the chanter would be using dreary deeds twice every single npc? even tho it lands on the first try?
 
Is there a way to have my necro cast FD upon finishing casting her spells, or upon getting aggro? Or even upon getting hit. Tank is struggling to keep 30k dps under control lol.

While I'm here, I'd like to ask the following newbie questions (Sorry!)

How can I change targets on tank/MA? I saw a command for it, but it involved first changing targets. My tank won't let me change targets at all so I can't even hit the command to have all toons change targets.
 
Ahh I missed two things.. had it written as Imp Death Peace|70, with no Feign syntax too. That was quite an epic fail. Thanks for being patient answering my questions as I learn. So much information in so many different places I keep missing something obviously answered elsewhere. /sigh

As for the /switch command, that's kind of the issue I am having. My SK is the tank, and consequently is the MA. And I can't change his target since if I click on another, or tab, it instantly switches back to the current mob. Sounds like I need to use a different toon as MA and see how it works, rather than the tank.

You dps is borked. Kiss can't cast 3 spells at once. you have spread out the percentages by at least 5%.

Get VOA or ROF or make sure mq2bagwindow is loaded

This gives me a sustained DPS of 25k. The Burn section is incorrect, the Third Spire doesn't work and I haven't gotten around to figuring out why yet.

EDIT: Make sure you change the RK's to the correct version.
Edit2: I'd also add Thief's Vision to the DPS lineup until it gets added to MQ2Melee, and turn off Thief's on MQ2Melee since it uses the old version at the moment.

I see all of these various ini files and have helped me alot in setting up mine. One thing that I haven't been able to find so far is the exact parameters that you can pass for various lines.

And example:
buffs1=Flameskin|MA
DPS1=Blistersteel Malosenia|97|Once
Burn2=Ruthless Servant|Mob

So what all can be passed to the macro for buffs, DPS, Burn, other than the obvious name of the effect.

And my next question on assistance in setting up my ini.... It doesn't appear that I can get my clickies to fire off correctly. My exact exampe is my eyepatch of plunder, I just see the text scrolling that it is trying to cast it but appears to be in a loop.

Thanks, I have looked that over, but looking at other posted ini files I see various passed arguements on various sections that I don't see in the help section.

Example for what I'm talking about that is from the help section:

Cast a spell just once per fight
Syntax : Your AA/Disc/Spell|mob health|Once - will only cast this spell once per battle.
Code:
DPS1=Spell|90%|Once

Now I have seen other ini files that throw other arguements to spells such as DPS1=Spell|setpercentage|Tap

The bold face is what I'm looking to find. Where would there be a complete list of arguements that you can add in your ini to pass off to the macro?

what class is your toon?
spell|#|tap can be used to fire defensive AA/Disc/Spells
#= your toons life %
 
Tap only works in heals as shown in the help page. Its so Kiss knows its a lfe tap and doesn't try to heal other toons with it. Obviously it mainly for SKs but necros can use as well.

Life Tap Spells must use the following syntax: Spell Name|% health|Tap as seen below.

Has anyone been successful in imputing a cure (Disease) for your SHM or other healer?
I have been trying the Xulous Prime mission for some time now, but keep getting owned due to Festering Pustules he casts.
I am running 3 toons on one laptop and fail to cure in time with my BRD or SHM.

Does anyone have a good lvl 100 Ranger ini? I'm having some troubles with mine I can't get my Bosquetender's Unity or Shout of the Bosquetender to work. Same goes for Natural unity on my druid 8- ( help please a full good ini for both ranger and druid would be helpful

Hello, I am brand new to this, but I was wondering if anyone could see why my bard isnt moving and he gets the "Window 'Blocked Spells' is now open", "Window 'Blocked Spells; is now closed" then starts to twist but yet i have him set as a "puller" any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not fully understanding your post.

"Window 'Blocked Spells' is now open", "Window 'Blocked Spells; is now closed" this is part of the normal spam from Kiss. It does this to record if you have any spells blocked for buff routines.

with that said what is the problem?
 
The bard just stands there and twists song but does not pull any mobs. I was wondering if it had to do with my radius or anything. Sorry still learning this. I have a zerker and Mage assisting and working great.
 
it might be an aa issue try setting Pullwith=Melee and see if he moves.
 
I had tried and still not moving. I believe I have all of the correct plugins. Do I have to make a path? Have a bard pulling ini on hand by chance I could try out?
