Problem - Kissassist delay

Hi all,

I tried searching this problem that I’m having and couldn’t find much of anything. I have two toons using outside dps. One has kissassist to assist my MT and the other is cwtn plug set on assist.

They’re set to assist at 100, but they don’t until about 40-60%. Just seems like it’s delaying/lagging .. I have mq2wire and my gpu/cpu is minimal. New build computer so I know it’s not a hardware issue. Edit: the KA toon doesn’t assist until 40-60%. The CWTN toon assists as soon as the KA toon catches on.

Does anybody else have this problem as well?

your CWTN toon would be assisting your KA toon, so the part about the cwtn toon isn't important here as it is working as intended.

how are you starting your KA toon? like what are you typing/hotkey?

Are you running EQBCS and or Dannet? Seems like something isn't working on the server side that reports/updates.

Being outside the group relys on those reports and making sure you set up the MA properly I believe.

Try Changing your assist to 98% and see if that helps. Being at 100% would cause issues I think.

KA is pretty quick for me and Chats Plugins are golden.

Had no idea that assisting at 100% with KA could cause a problem. This sounds like where my problem is. I’ll update with the change in assist # to see if that fixes the problem.

Eh I just edited the post as soon as you replied. I thought i read what are you targeting - I’m in bed atm on my phone lol. My bad. My hotkey just has /mac kissassist . That’s really it.

ok, try having your hotkey that is /mac kissassist assist charactername 99 where "charactername" is the name of your outside person you want to assist.
