This also works with SKs epic 2.0 with the number of mobs there.. Just tested it, Thanks for explaining that! will make it alot easier for me now that I dont have to have a set hp of the mob for it to go off, now just when there is multiples :)

when i downloaded new compile for eqnav i opened it and i get " the program can't start because MSVCR100D.dll is missing from your computer. I have no idea what that means or what I can do to fix it, if it's a windows problem or what. I hope it's not a BTKAC problem, as noobhax says.. I downloaded the mesh packs though so those are in the folder..

I'm having that issue as well as Burns not working when I utter the burn phrase. I set up the mobstoburn section also to see if that would make them burn on certain named but that also isn't working. I even tried sending a tell to the toons separately to activate burns and it's not working. So the mesh thing isn't working for me and burns. can you take a look at that stuff when the holiday is over?

mobs to burn is not implemented yet. Its just there as aplace holder until i code it.

I will look at the burn section and hopefully have a fix in the next day or 2.

Thanks, got nav running also, I crashed during the creation of a mesh file though, It seems to take a while, only running a Core I73770k with 16 g ram. It slows my shit down. lol

I figured it out, turned off preview and it's fast. . I tried to load /plugin mq2navigation and it crashed me, i downloaded current compile and there's only a .dll file for navigation, no actual plugin? or am i supposed to download that separately?

There is only mq2navigation.dll

Make sure your mesh file is in your root Mq2 folder/MQ2Navigation it also uses SDL.dll and zlib1.dll they need to be you r root mq2 folder as well. They are include din the compile

ya it's still crashing me to desktop when i load the plugin , i ahve the meshes in the release/eqnavigation folder and everything. the other dll's are there and now i'm just wondering what else i did wrong. I have windows pro. 64 bit. is that an issue?
 
its /MQ2Navigation not /eqnavigation It is case sensitive. Also make sure you are running eq and mq2 as admin

I know this sounds retarded because i have no programming experience etc. but I tried making the mesh file then putting it in the folder, loaded mq2navigation and everything worked great, loaded etc. as you said when I ran as admin. but when I do /navigate x y z loc the toon goes bonkers running off in a ziggy zaggy line. then i just said F this, i tried setting waypoints so now i'll just let him free range pull. He still ran all ziggy zaggy when I tried to just have him pull nearest stuff. I'm not even sure how to set up multiple waypoints, i just /navigated to all the locs i wanted him to stop, then did /navigate save. he never made it to any of the points though, just ran off. I read something about tile size of tiles and stuff in the other mq2nav thread but I have no idea what im doing really when it comes to making them. The settings like, pathfind straight, pathfind iter, start point, stop point, is that where i want him to stop or where i want to stop making tiles? Maybe someone with more know-how can make a mesh for me of Elddar forest? It's just a really busy zone because of all the trees and stuff. I am having a lot of trouble getting everything to work now that I have it loaded. Please help and be gentle, I am not familiar with this program or plugin except for the random playing around and creating one mesh file.
 
Is burn supposed to be working in the version uploaded yesterday? Mine still isn't doing anything.
 
Its working in 6.5. If its not working for you your ini file is wrong or you are trying to activate it incorrectly.

I'm using the same hotkey I used in the past to trigger it. I've also tried typing it in group/guild chat. I've also tried deleting my old inis and letting Kiss 6.5 write new ones. Here is one of the ini's, but it's acting the same on the 4 chars I use Kiss on.

Burn only works off the MQ2 window.

So your hotkey would need to be

That was my problem, my hotkey didn't include the //echo. I could swear it worked in the past, but it's been a while since I last used it.

I've noticed in indoor zones, my character will forever attempt to cast his mount (dictated in .ini file). Is there somewhere in the kissassist macro that has a capped attempt to summon a mount before concluding it can't in said zone? Also is there a setting to the effect of "If mount can't be summoned, then sit to med" because my character will just stand forever, instead of medding between pulls (likely thinking it's on a mount).

Bandaid fix: Just removed the Mount spell from buff list, and it does what I need.

just wondering if there is any way not to have a 45 second delay between pulls. i have the pullwait set at 0 and it seems like forever before my character will look/pull for another mob. A well is there a way to have my character use potions IE haste and ds?

Just put in your buffs section with the potion name

Mecernary /callassist Settings
This feature will keep your mercenary from attacking until mobs health hits a defined percentage.
Requires you to turn off Auto Assist in Manage Mercenary Window.
MercOn=0 - Turns /callassist feature on/off
MercAssistAt=85 - Target health percentage for mercenary to assist at.
Auto Revive - Now auto detects if your merc is in group when the macro is started and will auto revive if merc dies.

MercOn=1 for auto revive.

I am going to break this out into its own switch next version
 
If its continuing to mez the bard thinks there is more than one mob in camp.

Bard songs don't work in the DPS section if you want to twist slow put it in your melee twist list. Numbers are the twist gem order

As far as looting goes, is there a way to have the looter leave x number of bodies unlooted at any given time for necro army spells?

If there isn't some way (I am not sure if there is or not tbh) you might look at what drops commonly from whatever mobs you're killing and go to the loot.ini file, and change ItemX=Keep to ItemX=Ignore. That way when your character loots the corpses, it will automatically ignore whatever items you set it to (thus leaving useable corpses). This of course is only an option if the NPCs you're killing drop trash items like random ornament pieces, low value vendor trash, etc. Also Loot.ini is alphabetized, though I am sure you would/ can tell just by opening it.
 
With the newest version I'm seeing a lot of weird framerate lag when running 4 or more clients on the same machine. Wasn't a problem with 6.3. Now it seems like whenever it's parsing through its post-combat routines all four clients slow to sub-5 FPS. All four windows are set to their own processors, I'm not running out of RAM and the CPU cores are nowhere near 100% either when it happens or during it. Lasts for around 10 seconds then goes back to normal.

Oddly, didn't fix it. After a while of screwing around with plugins I just went the Windows 98 route and nuked my install and reconfigured everything, which seems to have fixed it. No idea what was causing that. Thanks anyway.

Whats the line to get Requiem of Time to slow targets? I tried "Requiem of Time|99" in the dps section and it doesn't seems to work. Also it seems as if you need combat twist on otherwise 90% of the time his normal melody doesn't go during combat.
 
Bards songs don't work in dps thats what combat twist is for.
 
Well RoT doesnt need to be twisted in as it lasts for a minute or so. That being said how can I make it only recast when its about to fade?
 
Kiss currently only handles bards thru normal and combat twist. no one slows with bards lol. I'll look to add specific songs to dps section but if its to much effort not going to code it.
 
You might be able to write it in to a holyflag num1. This would save maskoi from coding it and it can be used when not running Kiss also.

Is there a place where all this additional syntax is stored for future reference? I feel silly when I ask a question that's super simple the answer, especially just syntax errors lol.

Like with buffs and the |Dual. No clue what it means really, just assume it means to cast on MA + self. Or the |Mount I found in someone else's .ini and pieced it together myself =p

Well, no, necros can heal the entire group when RB is running and they cast damaging spells. That being said, RB's cooldown timer matches its duration. you just need to have RB running continually. use this downshit:
