Question - KISS Problems (possible help?) (1 Viewer)

I have been experiencing some issues with KISS since the last oatch, and the latest kiss update. Here is what they are:

1.) My bard used to work flawlessly, but with the recent update to bards having their songs interrupted when clicking items with cast times, I have experienced some issues. At some points, my bard suddenly just stops doing anything. When I open his window, I see that when symphony of battle faded, it was time for him to reclick his rapier. Now his song gems are grey'd out, and he is just sitting there waiting to click his rapier. soon as I click a song gem to bring them back, he clicks the rapier and continues on. bout 20 mins later, he is frozen again.

2.) with the new targetting put into KISS 7.4. My puller will have a mob 14ft away from him, and he will not pull it or acknowledge it. If I manually target,he will then pull it and go on as normal. Next time the mob spawns, he will ignore it again. the ground is flight, no Z-axis or loS issues, he just doesnt seem to notice the mob there.

Any suggestions on how I can fix this? Thanks for your time!

I am having issues with my bard as well, I haven't been able to play alot so I can't give you alot of information. What I can recall is either after launching KA my bard will keep a song going so that all the spell gems are grayed out therefore he just sits there if I put him in puller mode, or sits there if he is in assist mode. If I manually click one of the spell gems so that they aren't going, the mac goes off with no problems that I could see.

I know I have a few clickies, but again I haven't had the time to play much in the last several weeks, and probably only like 2 hours with ver 7.3 (I haven't even downloaded 7.4 yet) I believe my bard locked up too during a session with the grayed out spell gem. Sorry I don't have more information, to help with narrowing the problem down to clicky issues or aura/song issues. But there is something happening to bards that is keeping their spell gems in use.

I'll join in on the recent bard problems. I narrowed my problem down to Buffs3=Wet Wave. If i put Null there i never have problems. I noticed looking at logs everytime it happens it was with Wet Wave and bard just stops functioning, i would check on him and he would just be sitting there, songs greyed out and last kiss action was Clicking > Wet Wave < or somesuch. Haven't had it happen with any of the other clickies in 30+ active hours now.

Edit: I realized i haven't updated to 7.4 yet either, i'll do that later this evening and give Wet Wave another whirl.

Edit#2: Okay i updated to 7.4 and am running it now. Initial click worked but gonna give it some time, will report back later.

So far after updating to 7.4 everything has been running smoothly about 4 hours now. I think that was the problem, i'll keep it running and do another follow up later just for the heck of it.

Update: K so basically been running over 10 hours and zero clicky fails. Make sure you guys get 7.4

I downloaded and used 7.4, I also used /mlog. I do not know the lenght of time, but after checking my bard off and on he did stop. There are no errors in the log. Once I manually clicked on a spell gem he went back to buffing and twisting songs. Happened twice over the course of eight hours. Only thing that I could see that was common was when I manually clicked on song gem, both times the bard started clicking his earring (inventory item, not worn). I am on my phone and when I get back from my son's baseball practice I will get the exact item name. Also might see another "lockup" when I get home.

Me too. But it has been better with 7.4.

Mage stops working on phantasmal symbiosis. I had to remove it.

I apologize for not responding over the weekend as I was out camping with my family. Basically I am experiencing the same issue as everyone listed. I highly doubt its an issue with KISS as everything functioned perfectly before they patched in the bard crap. I am sure it is just a tweak that would need to be done in the KISS coding to correct it. Thanks for looking into this Maskoi!
