Kiss Problem

I am having trouble with pulling and tanking..anytime I set a puller, it either engages mob directly or skips past a group of mobs..which turns into a train..also for my sk tank...it doesn't seem to want to assist right away..party members getting wacked right next him and he just stands there..but when I first run KA it runs smooth..

This seems to me similar to my issue, I am guessing it is a problem for pallies as well.

group roles have been Re set properly among a few other things and it seems to be running pretty smoothly now..
