Question - KISS - How to bot an Enchanter effectively

Hey guys, a friend left me with an Enchanter that I am leveling up. The buffs are great that I can mana regen the important people, haste the melee, etc. It's not high enough to effectively do mezz stuff yet, so I am not too concerned with that at the moment.

My buffs look something like this, based on the clickies he has and the items I've handed to him that I had sitting around. Note that he is currently level 95-96 right now.

If anyone has any tips or a KissAssist_enchanter.ini file to share, please let me know! It'd be greatly appreciated. I see they summon items they can consume for mana. Are there better mana regaining abilities? He runs low due to the nuking I have him doing, despite being on a mount.

Has anyone figured out how to slow all mobs on the extended target list, without manually inputting/casting? Throwing slow in the DPS line will only slow the target the tank is on.
 
Yeah, I would love to have a [Slow] section for classes that can, similar to mez section. I don't think there's any way to get it to slow multiple mobs with a single target spell.
 
I would like a complete debuff section. There you can do stuff like

Has anyone figured out how to slow all mobs on the extended target list, without manually inputting/casting? Throwing slow in the DPS line will only slow the target the tank is on.

As far as i know, it is currently not possible, that he debuff every mob in camp. He will only debuff the current target.
 
I can't paste my enchanters INI but having AOE set up for AOE mes, is crucial so you have more options for AOE (especially for faster casting/instant mez aoe AAs). Also, this lets you program even more attacks/spells that are single target, like doppelganger and such.

Also having burns set up for named is key for all your characters, but I find the enchanter is really nice, because you can have 2 slows cast just to make sure a slow lands (which wont happen in kiss with normally DPS, as I assume you'll not have a big gap for recasting of slow).

The other thing I've found to vastly improve DPS is to weave your spells using KISS, so like you'll have one nuke at 80, another at 75, the 3rd at 70, then restart with the first every 5 or 7% depending on your overall group DPS and how fast you murder.

My enchanter has gotten much better dps since I've made at least those changes.

I'l post my INI when I get home in a couple hours.

I have it set to chain cast dps spells once debuffs are landed, which by having slow at 99 I pretty much always get it off before the next tier of casting, as it'll slow right as the mob gets into camp, and my sk has already cast at least 2 threat spells, so no worry about aggro (not to mention the 4000 million zillion runes I have on my enchanter, even if it does get aggro).

Secondly, I have in my AOE section it casting 1 more AOE mez, and a banish spell to get rid of mobs if I pull more than 4. It's working fairly well, I've afk'd for almost 3 days straight fighting dark blues, so I'm comfortable with where it is now.

I should note as well, as you mentioned mana issues, I have Second Spire popping when I get 50% mana, I have mana robe on constant cooldown, and I have a beastlord in the group giving paragon on a decent recast (its recast when he gets low, which is a fair amount of time). My enchanter hardly drops below 80% in all honesty.

I have not purchased any of those mana ruby gem AAs, the only things giving me constant mana is Mount + Clicky Mana Regen Item (usually a ring), forethought, second spire, gather mana (which only ever gets cast if he died somehow), and the class robe 80+ mana clicky. That's basically it.

Having a big mana pool helps a lot with keeping mana up. Those OOC regen ticks that hit from time to time between pulls are %age based.

I don't have any groupies with mana regen abilities. My Cleric will only do QM on himself - I have to time it right to let it land on another player, once combat is over.

fastheal3 will cast it on others, maybe something to check out.
 
I'm liking fastheal3, although I wish noob would come back and update it to version 4 with those third spire and such changes. I've built my tank to be able to survive a named in most cases, but there is always that small (10%) chance he'll pop his skills, or fail to, and die. I'm torn between KISS's ability to use burns, item buffs, and even more cleric buffs; or the ability to have fast as @!#$ healing.

You don't really need group members with other mana regen either, once you get levels. Like Kutsuu said, having a bigger mana pool really helps with those few seconds inbetween pulls of mana regen.

I've been pretty torn on kiss vs fastheal3 as well, but so far my tank survives tough named better with KISS because the burn section lets the cleric fire all his big heal timers and makes the slightly slower healing much better overall.
