Anyway - To add A way to Have pet Fade if gets number 1 on agro ?

If kissassist would send in the pet again if it wasn't already active, you could add your summon/fade aa to the dps section and have him summon each time it was up. at the moment I don't think there is a way without adding some code yourself.
