Question - KA how to group heal with an item?

Hey guys, I've been messing with kiss assist and I'm trying to figure out how to setup group healing for my TLP cleric on Rizlona. I have https://wiki.project1999.com/Akkirus'_Greaves_of_the_Risen which have a clicky effect of word of health. I wanted my cleric it to spam it when everyone in the group is at 70% health. This is what I've come up with, but it doesn't work. Does anyone have any suggestions or can point me in the way of documentation that could help me out.

where something or a spell is identified as a group heal, then the |75 heal point refers to average health of the group, however, that is generated. For instance, if your tank is 30% and the rest of group is 100% then average health of group is ~88%. So don’t set a level too low.
