Question - KA DPS Tracking - 'Other' Window

Was wondering if KA DPS tracking picks up dmg that I have going to another window.

For example, on one toon I have crits, and certain dmg's going to a particular 'other' window for testing. Makes it easier for me to see certain dmg without it getting lost in battle spam (hit modes & filter, damage shields, et al). I always wondered if that precluded tracking. If events fire regardless of what window a trigger might be assigned to then no harm no foul.

yep it should...as long as its going to any window it will track it.

As long as the chat events fire you should be good. Windows are purely visual the events still fire as normal and the macro can't tell the difference.

Yes. Events are picked up from any window. Make sure your hit modes is set to ALL > Normal or the parser will not be able to parse your damage correctly
