Wondering if anyone knows if there is still npc's out there who you can hand attuned items into and make them droppable again? I know there used to be some but dont know if they still exist.

they fixed the BIG public ones...

so no one will post new ones...

since WE ALL KNOW ..

soon as they get posted.. they will get nerfed..
