... enter that zone and loose your character!!

This is almost as much fun as the WoW "AIDS" epidemic that happened a few years back.

Haha, thats some fun stuff! Tho well, no game can be perfect.. but that epidemic you mention was one of the most funny things to happen in wow :p

I was in there last night, and have no problems.

Actually our guild city has been started in that zone (US first, world PvP server first), during this problem, despite this problem. So it's obviously a limited issue.

And I don't know how much of the game you've played and if you know what that city is, but it is NOT hard to avoid. It will not ruin your gameplay experience to not go there. It's a non factor except for the people who don't read the patch notes or the forums or disregard them entirely and have gotten their character stuck there.

Oh and yesterday they already posted that they've got a fix for the zone being tested by internal QA right now that should make the next patch.

Yep, however wanted to add to the article: That spreading debuff came from one boss in Naxxramas, which is intended to poison everyone when he is killed, however blizzard didn't count that most of the players will HS after the boss and spread the disease.

Nah, Hakkar is totally different debuff, it just place a drainsoul debuff on you, which cant spread, however the naxx debuff were spreading to anyone in small radius from affected NPC / player

He used to have the buff though, until people started infecting there pets with it... look at that article gaston linked.
