I found some commands that can be useful in macros. I found these posted out on the world wide web, but so far I haven't seen these posted onto any of the other strategy sites.
/use_equipped_item ##
It is the same thing as right-clicking to use an equipped item. The ## is a number tied to the slot.
9 = first ring slot
18 = first activatable slot
19 = second activatable slot

/autoattack #
It turns on/off attack and ranged attack.
0 = attack off
1 = melee attack on
2 = ranged attack on
You can use these in macro commands like:
: ; use_equipped_item 18 ; gsay I'm using my Manastone bye-bye HPs!
: ; autoattack 2 ; gsay I'm shooting arrows at %T it's time for battle!
