Question - Item buffs using KA?

Trying to figure out how to keep item buffs on
Currently Blood Ember Vambraces (effect is Vampiric embrace)

Buffs1=Blood Ember Vambraces

doesn't seem to work.

It looks for the buff name (the name after the |dual| (in this case Vampiric Embrace, which is the buff cast by your item), and if it doesn't find it, it should use the item / cast the spell.

This notation is usually used in cases where the buff(s) placed on you by the spell doesn't match the spell name.

Correct, you usually don't. But sometimes (especially with illusion items), you might need to for stacking purposes, or (in this case) to fix an issue.
