Question - Item buffing query

Hi All, I have set up in my warrior ini that he buffs using items in his inventory and his aura. The issue is he won;t stop casting these over and over again. The aura should only need casting once, and the items buff should only be redone when buffs drop. How can i fix this? Thanks
