Is there anyway ?

When it comes to all this, Im lost.

Is there anyway or anywhere I can get MQ2 with all the goodies alrdy in it and just unzip it into a file and be good to go? Along with the list of commands for all of it?

I have looked through alot of post and see new/update/patched/make this change or that change and have no clue what any of it means, because it doesnt seem to have any specific order.
