Question - Is there a way to use Kiss to cure a specific debuff from group members?

Howdy,

I did some searching, but really haven't found a solution. I am looking for a way to cure a debuff with a single target spell on group members, specifically, Doom Shadow http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=9251 . The only problem is the encounter also casts another corruption based buff, Sunset's Shadow http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/spell.html?spell=9253 , which needs to stay up. Is there a way with conditions that would allow Kiss to dispell Doom Shadow and not touch Sunset's Shadow?

Both of the debuffs use Corruption Counters. I don't think there is a way to tell EQ what to cure first/last.

I know this necroing an old post, but its relevant on TLPs. Would adding a condition that doesn't cure if sunset shadow is in the buffs work?

Cond5=!${Target.Buff[Sunset Shadow].ID}

Something like that maybe. I am very new to all of this so it could be wildly off but I would be interested to know if a solution has come up over the last 5 years.

You could probably use events to have the chat that gets it say in /g have doom cure me, and another event for the healer to cast a cure.
