Question - Is there a Condition for Summoning a Mount only if in a outdoor zone?

I want to write a condition to summon my mount if I do not have the mount buff. Is there a condition that can check to see if I am in a zone that will or will not allow me to summon a mount?

you can do something like !${Me.Mount.ID} && !${Zone.Indoor} there is also Outdoors (notice s on out and no s on in).

this is also me.canmount - this is what i was trying to find (linked there)
i think this is what mule was working on for someone zones that are flagged as nomount but some you can - like bazaar or nexus
