Question - inventory.mac

today I borrowed a friends toon and his gear is amazing, I wanted to get a dump of it so I ran INVENTORY.MAC and could not find the log, I checked and there was no /log directory in the release folder. I created a /log directory and ran inventory.mac and still nothing.

Where does inventory.mac put the list of the stuff it creates? I see it run and it lists a bunch of stuff...

Did you looks in your /Logs dir (same place as your macroquest.exe and dlls) looks for the most recently modified file after running the mac. When I ran it, the file was named after the "previous" macro I had been runnng, not inventory.mac.log like you would expect lol.

I had NO /log directory, I created it and reran the mac, directory is still empty... is there a log plugin? hmmm

got it, ran /plugin mq2log
then ran a /mac inventory and now it works... I did not see that you had to run the plugin as well.... working now

There's also in game function /outputfile inventory

Most people then upload it up to raidloot.com as this is a free solution to magelo
