Requirements
MQ2EQBC or it wont work
Auto follow feature on macros used by other toons. REQUIRED.

Into The Hills SK Version 2
1. Download the files below and place all of them in your macros folder. Now rename the DH_SK_tankname to your SKs name.
2. Open the DH_SK_yourtankname.ini and fill out the correct information for your SK.
3. Run /mac dead2sk

Tips for proper use.
1. Have a Bard or Enchanter to mez. This will sometimes aggro 4 mobs and if your SK is not in COTF Tier 1-2 Group gear with augs he will have trouble. if you cannot bring a CCer bring 2 healers.
2. DO not use campfire unless you have 3 from your FS in your group it will bug out if you don't.
3. YOU MUST use a macro on your other toons that have auto follow. I recommend kissassist this macro is set to /chase 1 on every toon so they will follow. Some other macros also follow there is a /dosleashtoon 1 in this for afnuke and berserker macros.

Now the good parts.
This will follow 1 path stop when a mob is within 150 range and pull it. This will start pulling around 56m left and finish around 40 with 2 dps or faster with 3.
It will tank and use defensive disc if you put the right names in the INI.
It will do the hails and drop and reget task and zone everyone in and out and restart macros.

Changes from Version 1
Some paths have been changed and replaced for better movement and pulling.
How the tank decides what to aggro after it pulls was redone to be more consistent. No more changing targets 3 times.
DoNuke can be turned off
DoDots is a placeholder there is no dots coded into the macro to work yet.

Known Issues
It will sometimes think Gribble is a killable mob and target him and attack it will get stuck in this loop until you hit esc. It rarely happens but it has happen. - Fixed

Please provide all feedback in this thread. I will be making a warrior and pally version in the next few weeks also.

Version 2.0

Got to get home to try this soon :)

Thanks for all the hard work.

First run went well! Two things jumped out at me, I have both my bard and wizard set to loot, but we kill to fast and move to the bridge quickly that I my team leaves corpse behind. Second thing, when running back to the beginning of the zone, my wizard got hung up on a wall. I will probably adjust my chase distance to fix that. I initially had it at 25, and the bard and wizard were bouncing all over the place. I then did 100 and smoothed out the wizard so he could cast, but that might be to far to follow for the speed the SK runs back to the zone in to end the HA.

Other than that, AWESOME great work.

Gonna do some runs tomorrow with this and see how it goes. My secondary enchanter box is almost 100 and will make this much easier.

Okay heading to bed..... gonna see if my toons are camped out when I get up, or still going strong and earning some good alt currency.

My sk keeps casting dire insinuation everytime it's up, regardless of his HP. Not sure what's up with that. Trying to track it down. Other than that it's working beautifully, good work!

hm that should only cast when under 80% health

/if (${Me.PctHPs}<=80 && ${Me.SpellReady[${DireImplication}]} && !${Target.Type.Equal["corpse"]} && ${Target.ID} && !${Target.Type.Equal[PC]}) /cast "${DireImplication}"

Yeah I found my problem, I had for some reason put dire insinuation and falsin under 'nuke1' and 'nuke2.' I changed my setting to 50% instead of 80% for insinuation, more of an emergency heal than a constant tap. My little guy has a few mana issues still.

Seems really solid so far though, very good code.

The SK ends all macros before running back and uses /stick only way he out runs them is he has a run speed buff and they do not.

this is working great , anyone have a good mq melee setup for the sk that they have had good success running these with?

It often misses one of the pulls on the bridge, and doesn't finish the mission because of it. It's the first mob on the 'right' of the bridge, on the little ledge by itself.

I had this as well.

This very well might just be a system issue for me. I run three instances of EQ on my 7 year old laptop. My bard buffs everyone with AA selo's so I know it isn't because the wizard is slow.

Never seen it happen yet. Point 11 is in range of that pull and should pull it.

- - - Updated - - -

I posted a new path file with a few more waypoints this should help.

I also added one in the middle of the bridge. Sometimes that pathing one walks right into the group even seen it not aggro anyone and the SK ignore it. So now it stops in the middle and will pull that one if it paths by.

I think, and I could be wrong.. I think it only happens when you 'fizzle' the terror that you're pulling with. He stops to pull it, fizzles, then runs on past it.

I was thinking about using Bony Grasp of Death to aggro undead since its 200 range and instant cast and if its not undead use pullspell1 or 2. I'm also adding the undead slow SKs have since most of the time half the mobs are undead.

path 1 point 16 the last two on top of the bridge , ran the mac twice and both times the LOS was not there for pull and my sk ran between them to point 17

I haven't seen that I use demand for power for pulling but I have seen odditys that I can only attribute to lag or something because it runs fine 5 or 6 times then shit gets wonky

- - - Updated - - -

did just notice he tried to attack the gnomes on the ground but again its random

Ya ive ran it on 2 SK groups for 2 days now and not once has he attacked the gnomes.

Ha, I don't keep my eq log running, but I don't know when the last time my SK fizzled a spell. I might just go ahead and make my pull spell one of my AAs.

If you don't come to a complete stop and wait half a second before casting you will get interrupted because the server didn't know you stopped.

If it keeps having targeting issues change.

Rich (BB code):
/call GetMob

to

Rich (BB code):
/call GetTarget

This sub just uses xtarget to find mobs to kill. GetMob uses spawn. GetTarget will simply /xtar 1 and kill it. I changed it because xtar 1 is not always your pull target so it would change mobs after pulling if it was 2 or 3.

what is some of the distances you all have chase at?
they whoop some butt down but I lose at least 2 on the way back for the hail

it doesn't use chase to run back. It does /bca //end and /bca //target ${MainAssist} /bca //stick Maybe change it to /stick 15 or 20.

Look for
Rich (BB code):
    /delay 2s
    /bca //target ${MainAssist}
    /delay 2s
    /bca //stick
    /delay 1s

Change the delay so they have more time to get closer after he hails. Try

Rich (BB code):
    /delay 2s
    /bca //target ${MainAssist}
    /delay 2s
    /bca //stick 15
    /delay 5s

If you pull more than 6 it crashes on this section of code.

Rich (BB code):
/if (${mobcount} >=6 && ${Me.SpellReady[${AeHateSpell2}]}) {
	/cast "${AeHateSpell2}"
	/call CreateTimer AeAggroTimer2
	/varset AeAggroTimer2 30s
	/return

Saying CreatTimer sub not found. Is that supposed to be from a plugin of some sort?

Just remoive

I did not set it up to use timers for AE Aggro spells.

I swear to god this macro knows when im not at keys and goes wonky lol if I sit here its flawless go make coffie come back and dudes are splatted lol

I'm testing a new version that uses /call gettarget but stays on the mob you pull and will only /xtar 1 if you have no target and you have mobs on xtarget. This way it should never target anything that does not aggro you.

Same here with regards to watching this run with no issues but as soon as I walk away something happens. that is the nature of the beast I guess.

I came back once and my bard was mezzing about 4 adds and my SK/Wizard and cleric mercs were all dead.

Came back another time and everyone was dead.

I guess I'm going to just turn on both my eq log and mq logs and see if I can't find anything.

There are a few targeting issues here and there. Example if you get aggro on something while in the pull routine it calls dps mode but if you never actually cast the pull spell on your target it will just sit there. I am resolving this by having it /target clear before it calls dps mode. Once it does that it will do /if (!{Target.ID} && ${Me.XTarget}) /xtar 1

Posted an updated path file and macro.

Anyone else having an issue with a character not following the SK properly? I tried sending a /bca //camphere off command and it works when I see it happening. The characters had been returning to a camp spot and then not following the sk. When this happens on my mezzer, very bad things happen. Any places I can look to try to fix this?

You using kiss on the chanter ? If so post your ini because /chase 1 should make kiss follow you unless you have returntocamp on.

Thanks, Will. Returntocamp was set to on, so I hope that will fix it.

One odd problem I keep having that others haven't mentioned is I will have a couple mobs mezzed in camp and the sk will target another mob to pull instead and ignore the mobs in camp, the bard will keep them mezzed and even if mez breaks and the mob hits someone the sk stays frozen on the mob it wants to pull. It won't actually pull the mob, just sits there waiting for something, when i manually target him on a mob in camp he'll kill it then get back on track.

Download the new version that should be fixed.

Been running this for a couple of hours now working flawlessly except for the lag on my last 2 chars making them not follow back to camp.

You using kiss on the chanter ? If so post your ini because /chase 1 should make kiss follow you unless you have returntocamp on.

Again, I am no macro guru but maybe use something along the lines of:

/if (${Macro.Name[Kissassist.mac]}) /bct toonname running KA /camphere and /chase 1 /chasedistance 50 etc etc etc

Again I don't know the specifics. Probably just more subs that don't need to be in your mac anyway. Easy enough just to quickly edit your ini and run dead2sk and then edit it back.

I myself once I launch it and my bard and wizard zone in and get their command to start KA I do /camphere and /chasedistance XYZ

Noticed that the SK (sometimes) doesn't walk forward enough to start the mission. when he does this he goes to his second point and pulls (they spawn on top of him) too many mobs for my chanter to handle.

You can change the delay (how long he waits) at the point.

Rich (BB code):
  /moveto loc 555.7 -271
/delay 3s
  /moveto loc 451.14 -249.5

to

Rich (BB code):
  /moveto loc 555.7 -271
/delay 4s
  /moveto loc 451.14 -249.5

but if they aggro him before he turns all the other macros on it can be very very bad. I'm testing a verison that starts the setup before he moves and does /chase 1 after he comes back. That way when you do move the groups macros are already running so you don't die.

Will give that a shot he is running it now. New to this stuff but this is an awesome macro thanks,
