Into the Hills All Tanks V2

I now have 3 teams of core toons that can run this so I am now mixing it up so its not the same group each time, just to throw off people who may be in zone...
yes, 3 100 tanks, 3 100 healers and 3 100 mezzers then any 3 other toons or mercs and this works.... I just put 1 of each in a group and go....
 
I have a 100 war/bard/wiz crew I run. War is 9k aa and ~104k/10.5k with group buffs and running ac discs. Bard and wiz only have about 6k aa and 80k hp though. Should my crew be able to run this most likely? I haven't really dabbled in CotF much outside of a few camps in Karana.

yeah should be ok but might want to switch to a bot healer over merc healer, my warrior is max aa 125k/9300 grp buffed no ac discs running and i do fine tanking 4 to 6 most dont live long enough to slow but i run CC just incase.
 
I have a 94 cleric box but doesn't have the latest exp. will likely get him up to date in expansions and leveled up when the next one comes out.

I'm curious what the monk.mac and necro.mac macros are that you was referred to in the ini samples. Obviously I know what kissassist and afnuke are but it's a bit tough searching for the other two.
 
So I had this working fine earlier, any known reason why the tank would not be moving along the bath anymore?

It feels like something changed with the zone. My warrior would end up in the water stuck almost every run. May need to re-work the bath... er... path. :)
 
Havent used it in over a week but it works fine just ran it once. Check your mq2moveutils.ini find MoveTO.

I changed my mq2moveutils to that, tried it again and still nothing. Tank zones everyone in, sets kissassist, finishes task 1, then does nothing.

Also, b's look a lot like p's early in the morning/late at night!

I have this same issue. I'll watch it for a while and everything will be fine then I'll go afk, come back and everyone will be dead lol.
 
the problem is with kissassist damage dealer (and healer ) stop for regen mana and sometimes dps stay back sit down and group don t have enough dps for bloodsucker or if it s the mezzer , a pack can kill the group :(

Go in your ini file and change MedCombat to 0. So it'll look like MedCombat=0

it s not med combat it s medon on 0 .... but problem is the same : if low mana/endu , tank and dps can t use spell and disc , healer use more mana and you can wipe at the end on bloodsucker or a pack after

Wrong.

MedCombat tells it whether it should continue medding (1) during combat or stop medding (0) once combat is started. If you have MedOn set to 1 and MedCombat set to 0 then your characters will Med/Rest during pulls and engage once your tank engages which is exactly what you wanted it to do.
 
nope tank work with dead2all and all other with kissassist , all have medcombat 0 since first time i use kissassist . but when i use dead2all , always one and sometimes 2 dps stay before or on the bridge when my tank engage bloodsucker . with dead2all the tank pull without pause and dps don t have enough time to regen .
 
Maybe your range isn't far enough then. If the mob is farther out than your range, they won't engage. But I highly doubt it is an issue with MedOn or MedCombat. Range might be the most likely culprit.

Edit: Make sure WatchGroup or whatever it's called is set to zero on every character except your tank. If it's 0 on your tank but 1 on the others then they'll med, while waiting for others to med, while the tank pulls.

If this is only happening on the named, there's a few reasons:

Are your toons stopping at the bridge where the elevation changes? If so, I've had problems where toons won't engage because mob is not close enough on the z-axis. Maybe alter the path file slightly
What is your melee assistat setting? You might need to make this 99 so that your toons will assist. Remember this is a named, and your tank has to dps down that setting. If it's at 95, I doubt your tank will ever get it down enough for your other toons to assist.

nope sometimes before the bridge sometimes in the middle .... often the rogue do it (but he often have 75 80 endu when he stop so probably from group watch) ... for assist they are all at 99% :)

SKs harm touch the named, but for warriors it takes 15-30s to get it down far enough.
 
ok just started getting this when warrior dies he zones back to guild lobby and tries to fight every npc in the zone. how do i make it quit?

Noticed when i downloaded the 2.0 V that now it does not detect the path ini. My toons will start the mission but then turn 180 degrees and run into the wall. Tried numerous times all times the same thing happened. I was using the version before this with out any issues..

Any thoughts?

can you make this down where it will end if you pop into any zone other than DH? Such as !${Zone.ID}==Deadhills (or whatever the ID is) and change it to mqp?
 
Any news on adding the use of campfire to get back to the npc at zoneline? still having issues when the toons have to run back, atleast one gets lost at the hail npc at the end of the zone...

Has anyone found a real fix for this yet ? i have changed Moveutils Ect.

This is intended. Even a group SK with a cleric can handle that many. Just don't do the mission without Bard or Enchanter.
 
I have a ench bot and its locking mobs down maybe my kiss ini Set up It is not locking mobs down very quick or effective recomend one of the pre configured ini's from Kiss ?
 
Sad days ahead.... They are adding 6 hour lockout timers to all HA's with the drop of the new expansion
 
This is going to kick SOE in the balls soon as the new expansion is released. People are already pissed as hell.
 
So the only solution I can think of so far is to run this and drop instance before completion but then no marks and no reward xp. At least can still grind like this.

The only reason everyone is happy with CoTF is the ability to go to a zone and grind without a bunch of asshats fighting over camps and named.
