Question - Interrupting Mob Casting / Using Stuns

I’m running KA on EMU, and I’d quite like it if my zerker would use his stun line when the mob was casting.

I’m currently running Leg Slice @35hp, only using jolt strike in the agro settings, which leave the stun line pretty neglected.

Is there any way you can set up a reaction to use an ability to the mob casting a spell?
