Question - Instance Grinding?

Are there any level 90+ instances with respawns that we can afk grind?

Or are there some solid instance grinding macros that I haven't seen that run multiple instances consecutively?

Open zones are starting to become a concern that I would like to eliminate if possible. Anyone got any suggestions here? Time for me to evolve I think.

I would be interested in this in the future but I am primarily using T1 group geared Silver accounts and sticking to T1 CoTF or lower content for easy grinding

That does sound amazing though. My group makeups are right for it (war, clr, bard), just not progressed far enough/geared out well enough/etc to really do this yet.
