everything is a PH
i would use kissassist hunter
and change your loot.ini to destroy everything except HQ hides.
oh and add things like guards venders to the kissassist ignore ini.

but i got 3 in hour by using a pet class (enchanter) running round telling pet to kill and killing highland lions when they pop up on the map.
