HQ bear skins question

this might be somewhere but have not sen somebody is saying HQ bear skins at a vendor in pok or something giving 1 k plat for each one is this true or what and if so then what vendor and such please =) hope this is true and if so hope people are nice enough to tel us others that dont

i am 99.9% sure that if they are at a vendor it is because someone sold them to the vendor
