Plugin - How to use

It has been quite a long time since i have used this program. i have the window loaded into the game but forgot the commands. Anyone have a link to a post since i have searched for the last 30 mins and cant find it any where.

What are trying to do specifically?

/mac macname - starts macros
/plugin pluginname - loads plugins
Each plugin has its own set of commands
