How to transfer a character in EQ1?

I did a quick search but couldnt come up with exactly how to transfer a character with these new "tokens"? Where do I get them? How do I use them? Is there a walkthrough on the everquest.com website or something?

If I remember correctly been along time since I was here or EQ but buy them via station store and just click it. Was around $40-50 worth of tokens.

yeah, i found out last night. i guess you buy station cash and then buy a token in game.
