There is also /backoff specifically for KA.
/mqp (/mqpause) will pause ANY macro.

I use "/end" when I'm done with the macro for the day or when I'm going to be zoning.
I use "/mqpause on" and "/mqpause off" when I want the macro to be immediately available should I run into problems while I am moving camps in zone or otherwise moving my box team around. It's important to note that if you just use /mqpause it will toggle on and off. For me, using it that way is hard to keep track of. I greatly prefer using the on/off with it so that I know precisely what's happening.
