Discussion - How to set different keybinds for each client...?

I swear I've seen this resource some where about how to setup custom settings for each client without having to fully copy the installation. I've scoured the resources and search function to no avail, but I know it exists. I meant to watch the post but I guess I didn't.

I knew it had something to do with mini-installs, but that wasn't enough in search. Thank you for the link.
