Question - how to qualify when summoned item has same name as summoning spell?

Hi,

I am attempting to have my mage use a wand of Elemental Transvergence.

The problem is that it does not recognize that the wand is not the same as a spell, so it just keeps casting.

I have previously had a bug that went away when I restarted, so feel free to /bonk me if this is the correct syntax.
