Question - how to make Mend for monk to work?

Thats how i've used it in the past, exactly as stvski described.
Its in the DPS section because I want it to fire when in combat, you could even say mend|100 because even if the mob is full health i want it to fire if it needs to. The condition evaluates my health and triggers mend if needed.

I had it in my heals section like so and at the time I was playing I'm sure it worked for me. However, I can't verify at this point as the account that character was on is lapsed. Here's my heal section. I guess I would say to just make sure you have HealsOn set and HealsSize big enough (that often messed up my guys when I'd add a new ability into a section and forget to increase the size.

Heals1=Mend|60|me
Heals2=Forestall Death|40|me

Also, once you get to Call of the Forsaken and level 100, you can get Improved Mend (need first aid at level 3) which gives you:
You'llw ant to keep track of this, and when you get to 100% or some percent you are willing to live with, then change the 75% in your condition to 50%
I'm not sure if it starts at 100% or increases your chances up to 100% as you get more levels. My monk is 125 and has 19/19. Which gives me 100% change of critical mend (heals 50% of hps) and reduces the timer from 6 minutes to every 30 seconds. I feel like I was using it in drowned Kata and beyond to molo with, when the healer merc didn't have the AA and sometimes mana to keep up.
