Question - how to make fresh account adn 85 Hero

How would you go about making a brand new heroic account with no CC or PP info? I'm drawing a blank.(

Account with heroic already from the free one's would be one way--- or some how purchased Daybreak cash threw paypal without it asking for SQ set

ok, step 1, go to paypal and add the email from the account you want the 85 on...
buy a heroic with the paypal associated with the account
delete the email addy from your main paypal

that is as clean as you can get now...

Razkle, do you set the EQ　email address to primary on the paypal account?

Or borrow CC from someone of your family and give him cash instead that's another way of buying it in a clean way. CC infos aren't attached to any of your main accounts
