You don't.

Any purchased or available (like in the case of test server or pre-release) will automatically be on the launcher.

Unless you mean after purchasing a license, restarting your launcher, then clicking the plugin tab, and then clicking install - but that doesn't sound like what you are asking.

If you are on a live server (not test), you need to purchase a license for whatever plugin you're looking for for (outside of bard, which is currently in the pre-release phase before sale)

CWTN plugins don't work on emu. If you look at the individual plugin page it says Live, Test.
