Question - How to have Protection of the Wild and cast other rng buffs to others

I have a 65 Rng. There's a self buff: Protection of the Wild but it doesn't stack with other buffs such as:

Strength of Tunare , Shield of Briar, Spirit of the Predator, Call of the Rathe.

How can I cast the above buffs on other characters except myself. It just keeps trying to cast the buffs even tho they have it on them.
I've tried the !Class but it doesn't work...it still constantly cast those buffs

"Strength of Tunare" is a group buff, so it will try and cast the buff on anyone in the group who does NOT have the buff, and when casting the buff it will target the caster(self). It also checks the caster(self) for the buff to choose weather or not the buff is needed. In your case the ranger will never have the buff because the "Protection of the Wild" buff will overwrite or block the "Strength of Tunare" Buff.

You could try something like this:

Buffs5=Strength of Tunare|cond1

cond1=${WhatID}!=${Me.ID}

Sorry, what would the whole cond look like. I'm lost on how to properly code it.

That is the condition. WhatID is the variable passed too the CastWhat routine for casting. What your wanting to check is to NOT cast the "Strength of Tunare" buff on yourself. The buff routine will check if the target has the buff or not, so you shouldn't have to check for the buff on the target.
By default the buff routine will target the caster/self when buffing with a group spell/buff and "Strength of Tunare" is a group buff. The secondary Buffing routine will check each character individually, and cast the buff with the character missing the buff as the target.
