How to find code for different windows

I have read another post about keypresses on individual buttons within windows - I remember seeing along time ago there is a command to show what window you have up and the available buttons - what is the command??

example
/notify ActionsWindow AMP_WalkButton leftmouseup

I wish to find out that the window is called ActionsWindow and there is a button called AMP_Walkbutton

Secondly within these windows are selections (tasks selections) - any good examples of a macro using these selections I can read up on?
