Question - How to change Target with Tank role?

My SHD run KA with Tank role,
There is a problem that more than 3 mobs all on my XTarget Window, I need tank specific one of them.
I try to use command
/mqp
/target "I need to Tank Mob"
/switchnow
/mqp

but it still back to my previous Tanking mob.

how could I change my target when I run KA with Tank role?
